Marvex Nexus
Authorised Sales Partnership
Marvex Nexus is installed in working plants, on running machines. Selling it takes technical knowledge, our training and a contractual relationship. For this reason we work with a limited number of authorised partners, chosen one by one in each region. We are collecting pre-applications now; the partner training programme opens after our first plant references.
Conditions for authorisation
Technical capability
Experience in industrial automation, electrical installation or energy, and technical staff able to work safely in a plant.
Training and exam
Completion of the MARVEX product and installation training, and the exam that follows it.
Guarantee
Measurement equipment is sent to the partner and tracked by device. Work is carried out under a guarantee agreed in the contract.
Supervised work
Every sale, agreement and installation is recorded in the system and followed by MARVEX.
Path to authorisation
Pre-application
The company submits its details, technical staff and references.
Evaluation
MARVEX reviews the application and meets the company. Not every application is accepted.
Training
The candidate completes the training and the exam.
Guarantee and contract
The partnership contract is signed and the guarantee is received.
Authorisation
The partner may sell in its region, using the equipment assigned to it.
How the work is supervised
- A candidate cannot open a sale until authorisation is complete.
- Every reader and sensor is assigned to a partner by its device identity; a partner can install only the equipment assigned to it.
- Customer agreements are signed electronically and kept with their record.
- Partners do not see customers' reports; the customer's data belongs to the customer.
Pre-application
A pre-application does not give the right to sell. MARVEX contacts the companies whose applications fit its regional needs.
